Do you need to change printer cartridges?

Our printers use thermal printing, so they do not require any color refills. Tickets are made of special thermal paper, which is intended exclusively for CoatCheck printers.

How many cloakroom tickets can the printer print in one night?

The printer can print up to 9,999 cloakroom tickets in one sector, for example sector A.

Will printing tickets slow down the locker room check-in process?

Definitely not. The printer can handle 80 tickets per minute and is also used at the largest indoor concerts in Europe, where it handles over 15,000 visitors.

What is the lifespan of the printer and keyboard? Is it an industrial product?

Yes, the printer is designed for long-term industrial operation for high-capacity wardrobes and is manufactured in Europe, not China.

I am from another country. How long will it take for my printer to arrive?

Within the European Union, we will deliver the printer within 3 working days at the latest.

Can someone with a similar printer imitate a cloakroom ticket?

Changing room tickets cannot be forged. Each ticket contains your logo, unique serial number, date and exact time including seconds.

Is it difficult to operate a printer with a keyboard? Why buy a keyboard?

Operating the keyboard is as simple as the printers themselves. The keyboard allows printing in five sectors, for example: A: hooks 0-200 / B: hooks 200-400 / C: sector for bags / D: sector for VIP clientele /

Can you advise us on remodeling or setting up a new dressing room?

How many printers do I need for a locker room with a capacity of more than 2,000 visitors?

We recommend at least one printer for every 500 hooks in the wardrobe.
