Business terms and conditions
1. ORDERING
We offer you the option of shopping directly from your home, where you can shop non-stop. You can order simply and conveniently using a shopping cart, phone, e-mail, or in writing at our address. Do not forget to specify the color, size and number of pieces.

2. ORDER CONFIRMATION
The order is received within 24 hours, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail, you will also be informed about the shipment by e-mail. For some orders (larger quantities, etc.), we will contact you by phone to confirm the order.

3. CANCELLATION OF ORDER
You can cancel every order within 24 hours by phone or e-mail. All you have to do is enter your name, e-mail address and a description of the ordered goods.

4. PACKAGING AND POSTAGE
We will send the ordered goods to you by contracted carrier on cash on delivery. Packaging is included in the invoice - approx. CZK 100, it is not charged for larger orders. The addressee pays the transport directly to the transporter, the transport fee is added to the cash on delivery.

5. DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time is from 3-21 days, unless otherwise stated. In the event that some goods are not in stock, we will contact you immediately.

6. EXCHANGE OF GOODS
We will exchange or refund unused and undamaged goods. You just need to send the goods by registered package /not cash on delivery/ to our correspondence address. The costs associated with returning or exchanging goods are borne by the buyer.

7. CLAIMS AND WARRANTY
We will handle any complaints to your satisfaction by an individual agreement with you and in accordance with the applicable legal order. The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods after taking them over in order to find out defects. The buyer is obliged to report any defects to our company immediately. We are not responsible for defects caused by the carrier.

All goods are subject to a statutory period of 24 months unless otherwise stated. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

defects caused by normal use,
improper use of the product,
improper storage
Complaint procedure:

inform us about the complaint by phone, e-mail or in writing,
send the goods as a registered package (not cash on delivery) to our address,
In the shipment, please include the reason for the complaint, your address,
proof of purchase of the claimed goods in our store.
We will handle your complaint as quickly as possible, no later than 60 days after it was created.

Goods taken from our warehouse will also be exchanged in this warehouse. Goods delivered by the carrier must be properly accepted, as we are not responsible for damage caused by the carrier. For possible replacement of goods damaged in this way, we require a record of the damage with the signature of the carrier.
