Coatcheck+ is a professional thermal printer for cloakroom tickets, admission tickets and specialist luggage labels. This version is supplied without the five-button keyboard.

Direct connection to TicketPrint Hub

With the new update, Coatcheck+ communicates with the TicketPrint Hub online platform directly via Wi-Fi or Ethernet. This connects ticket printing with revenue processing, operational overviews and remote management — without having to purchase separate expansion modules.

Keep track of your cloakrooms right on your phone. On one screen, you can see an up-to-date overview of stored items as well as what your staff are accepting right now. The information updates every second, so you can monitor operations from anywhere — even from home.

Clear revenue exports for your accounting

Create monthly summaries as well as detailed reports for any period you choose, by individual event or specific printer. Easily export the overviews to PDF and use them to monitor operations or as supporting documents for accounting.

TicketPrint Hub also handles revenue data and provides outputs for the financial administration, including EET — directly within the connected system with the Coatcheck+ printer.

Card payments via Viva Wallet

Connect Coatcheck+ to a Viva Wallet payment terminal and let visitors pay for cloakroom services or admission by card. It is an easy way to complement cash operations with cashless payments.

QR-code tickets and easy entry validation

Coatcheck+ also prints tickets with a unique QR code. Staff can easily check their validity using the validation app, which they open directly in their phone's browser — in seconds and with no installation.

You decide who can validate tickets and during which time period. After a QR code is scanned, the app announces the result with sound and displays it prominently across the entire screen.

Tickets can be validated simultaneously on several phones, for example at multiple entrances at once. Access to the validation app is free.
