Coatcheck uses thermal printing, so you do not need ink or toner. You replenish cloakroom tickets; consumption depends on attendance and the type you choose. We will help you choose equipment and estimate consumption for your venue.

Alongside printing speed, the number of printers, staffing and cloakroom layout all matter. Tell us your venue's capacity and event types, and we will advise on suitable equipment.
Start printing tickets with a button. When taking in and returning belongings, staff use the matching number on both tickets. We will help with initial setup, and manuals and phone support are available.
Once connected to the Coatcheck+ printer, you can adjust settings, customise tickets and access reports through the mobile interface.
Guests can attach the self-adhesive ticket to their phone or wallet and easily show it to staff when leaving.
Reports show revenue, attendance and guest movements, giving you the information to review shifts and plan your next event. We will help you set up the reports.
Our products come with a five-year warranty. If a fault occurs, we will work with you to arrange the next steps, a replacement printer or the required component.
